In an attempt to re-gain homebuyers interest in the beginning of 2009 during a rough market for real estate, I took a fresh approach in classified advertising and stripped the existing ads entirely of imagery and replaced it with a tagline to draw interest. Since the building is a Platinum LEED certified building with all the best green technology, I wanted the focus to be on what that translates to for the consumer. We were all very happy to learn that in just a short few days from placing this ad, phone calls and sales gallery visits increased signficantly.
